How to: Copy text formatting to another paragraph.
Solution:
Use the 'Format Painter button' on the 'Standard' toolbar.
1) Select the text containing the formats to be copied.
NOTE: If the selection does NOT include a paragraph mark, only the formatting for the first character phrase is copied; if the selection INCLUDES the paragraph mark, both the paragraph style and the first letter formats are copied.
2) Do one of the following:
a) To copy the formatting once:
1] Click 'Format Painter' on the 'Standard' toolbar. (The cursor changes to a brush.)
'Format Painter'
2] Select the text to be formatted. (The format is copied to the text.)
3] Click 'Format Painter' again to finish.

b) To copy the formatting more than once, to several different locations:
1] Double-click on the 'Format Painter' on the 'Standard' toolbar. (The cursor changes to a brush.)
'Format Painter'
2] Select the text to be formatted. (The format is copied to the text.)
3] Release the mouse button.
4] Repeat steps 2)b)2] and 2)b)3] for each additional set of text to be formatted.
5] Press ESC to quit using the 'Format Painter'.
